All good - we truly enjoyed this family-friendly hotel - the food was outstanding and the staff were genuinely helpful and really helpful. The venue's location was nice, in front of the sea with a mall and a large shopping mall within walking distance. Spent our evenings in nearby Mextreme enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

This wasn't what I expected, Good or Bad?
The location was undeniably fantastic, offering amazing views and an inclusive beach area. The staff was genuinely attentive, even remembering my morning coffee preferences.
The rooms were quite outdated-lacking essential kitchen supplies and showing signs of wear and tear, making it hard to feel comfortable and relaxed.

The locking mechanism on doors should definitely be addressed, as it poses a significant security risk!!! Furniture and amenities could also use a complete overhaul!!!

comfortable place for discovering cancun with courteous and nice staff with many staff members. great location really close to airport for a hour n a half, the beach, and coco bongo, restaurants and supermarkets, early check-in. also, very close to the night life yet far away from the madness.

I had an amazing stay! The view was lovely, especially from the ocean view balcony. The pools were super clean, and we loved the swim-up bar! Just a heads up, the room was a bit more dated than the pics showed, but the experience was worth it. I’d definitely come back!
